The author of this cover is unknown. My favorite track of this album is "Tabula Rasa" ft Armand Hammer. The album cover for SICK! portrays a collection of raw elements for a ritual, showcasing Earl Sweatshirt's frozen-statue visage wearing one of those masks that have become all too familiar. We can see the album features a framed mold of Earl Sweatshirt, encircled by two pills, African photographs, a clove of garlic, and a hint of sage.
