This cover was made by the French artist Ugo Bienvenu. Tako Tsubo means "The syndrome of broken hearts" in Japanese. This reference of Tako Tsubo has often been realized by the French rapper Nekfeu. My favorite track on this album is "Submarine". The design of this cover is very inspired by the models used for Japanese mangas. It is very difficult to interpret.
